  • Helps to release and express feelings that you may not know how to let go of, which can help with communication, lowering stress and self-esteem.
  • Art awakens your imagination and creativity to help you to discover how to engage your senses with shapes, symbols and numbers.
  • Meditation helps with anxiety, release stress, concentration, confidence and creativity.
  • Writing your feelings down in a journal will give you a safe outlet for negative emotions.
  • Expressing this through drawing and painting is an enjoyable activity for healing and growth.
  • Small group of 10 women, materials supplied.
  • Full payment required at time of booking, if you are unable to attend the workshop, may be transferred to a later date.
  • 9.30am arrival for a 10am start.
