ART THERAPY FOR WOMEN

Art is about what makes you happy!!!!

  • Helps to release and express feelings that you may not know how to let go of, which can help with communication, lowering stress and self-esteem.
  • Art awakens your imagination and creativity to help you to discover how to engage your senses with shapes, symbols and numbers.
  • Meditation helps with anxiety, release stress, concentration, confidence and creativity.
  • Writing your feelings down in a journal will give you a safe outlet for negative emotions.
  • Expressing this through drawing and painting is an enjoyable activity for healing and growth.
WORKSHOPS: Small group of ten women.
DAY: TBA
TIME: 10am – 12noon (Please arrive at 9.30am for a 10am start).
COST: $125 p/p
PLEASE NOTE: $25 Non-refundable deposit required at time booking, $100 balance paid three (3) days  prior to the workshop.
INCLUDED: Art materials, journal and crystals for the workshops.
