This beginner’s workshop is for you to start on your chakra and crystals journey.
We will start the workshop with a guided colour healing meditation for strengthening your inner being and clearing negative influences from your energy fields (chakras).
Next you will learn about chakra’s, following the order of the rainbow colours. The seven chakras have their own colour meaning, thus to help you daily to keep your body balanced.
We will then touch on crystals, holding each one at a time in your hand tuning in describing feelings. How to use them to continue your meditation practice and to balance your chakras at home. (You will receive your own collection of seven crystals to take home).
We will finish the workshop with creating chakra artwork.
